the 50 US states and the District of Columbia that combines
energy consumption, prices and production from the US Energy
Information Administration (EIA) State Energy Data System,
electricity generation and retail sales, state energy-related
carbon dioxide emissions, and state GDP, income and population
from the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA). Data are downloaded
on demand through the official APIs and cached locally, with
the source, vintage and transformation of every variable
recorded in a codebook. Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS)
rules are turned into standardised annual stringency indices
(adoption, nominal, coverage-adjusted and incremental
requirements, following Yin and Powers (2010)
&lt;doi:10.1016/j.enpol.2009.10.067&gt;, plus design-flexibility
indicators). Output works directly with the 'plm', 'fixest' and
'csdm' packages.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/adebayomoses/actions/runs/39316639635</link><pubDate>Mon, 19 Oct 2026 17:42:45 GMT</pubDate><r:package>rpspanel</r:package><r:version>0.1.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://adebayomoses.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/adebayomoses/rpspanel</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>rpspanel.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>rpspanel.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting started with rpspanel</r:title><r:created>2026-10-14 22:14:57</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-14 22:14:57</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>rps-stringency.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>rps-stringency.html</r:filename><r:title>Measuring RPS stringency</r:title><r:created>2026-10-14 22:14:57</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-15 13:16:25</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
